20 already made plain pancakes3 cups heavy cream
1 pack instant vanilla flavor pudding mix
2 cups chocolate chips
2 tea spoon vanilla extract
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step#1 Prepare plain pancakes first.Step#2 Make the pie cream while pancakes are cooking: In a average sized bowl, beat together 2 cups of heavy cream smoothly, add pudding mix, and vanilla extract together. Beat them all until the batter thickens and set aside.
Step#3 Prepare the chocolate ganache: Put chocolate chips in a standard bowl. In a small pan, heat 2 cups of cream until diminutive bubbles start to form roughly the edges of the pan. Pour that heated cream over the chocolate chips, and let sit for three minutes. Stir the chocolate until the concoction is soft and gleaming.
Step#4 Make pancake stacks: Place a pancake on a medium size plate and coat with a table spoon of pastry cream. Top with one more pancake. Repeat same process to make the stack as tall as you would like. Top the last pancake with a little amount of ganache, chartering the surplus fall over the sides of pancakes.
